Rules For Affiliation

OPEN
  1. Must update twice a week
  2. Must not be "Under Construction"
  3. Must have a link button to us on every page (we will do the same with your link button)
  4. Must have an 88x15 button for our use
  5. Owner or Co-owner are the only ones allowed to apply
  6. Must have at least 15 items of use (blogs, staff pages, etc. do not count!)
  7. If you go on hiatus I must know!
  8. Must not be on any sites Wall Of Shame
  9. You must have our button up under your pending before you send in your application
  10. These rules may be changed/deleted
  11. Failure to follow rules will result in a deletion
